Warranties, Terms and Condition on Buying at Kalentin Australia
No returns can be accepted for goods which have been ordered and manufactured per customer’s specifications, all other goods returned for credit will be subject to a 15% handling fee with the exception of goods incorrectly supplied by us or goods which are subject to the warranty set out below
Warranty
The customer understands that all warranty claims are conducted on a return to base basis and that the customer is liable for the cost of returning
and redelivering any such goods.
The company reserves the right to either replace free of charge or report any goods proved to be of defective manufacture, provided that the cost of returning and redelivering the goods will be at the customers expense.
The sellers liability shall be limited to the obligation to supply free of charge or repair products proved to have been defective in quality or workmanship at the time of delivery, in no event shall the seller be liable for consequential damage or for claims of labour.
The seller cannot accept claims for damages after the goods have been delivered, unless it is so indicated on the delivery docket.
No warranty is given as to the condition or performance of any goods, in particular no such warranty is given in respect of damage or loss
sustained to goods arising from faulty assembly or fitting.
The seller offers a back to base warranty on all items offered in the catalogues, the customer is liable for the cost of returning and redelivering any such goods.

If the warranty claim is denied then the customer will be liable for repair cost/replacement cost and return deliver cost. The seller will not consider refund for customer change of mind.

Retention of Title
It is a condition of sale that title to the goods listed herein shall not pass to the purchaser until payment in full has been received and that all the goods on hand up to the value of the balance due to the seller will be deemed to be the property of the seller.
Delivery
Delivery of goods must be accepted within 3 months of the order being placed. If goods are not accepted within 3 months then Kalentin Australia has the right to dispose of goods, and the customer will forfeit all deposits paid

Kalentin Australia reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice the technical and physical features of the articles shown on this website. Kalentin Australia declines any direct or indirect liability for injury to persons or damage to things caused by our modification of any articles, colours of upholstery are reproduced faithfully as much as printing process permit. Tone colour differences on parts made in timber, steal or wood veneer may vary and no claims in regards to colour variation will be accepted.
Returns

Prices may vary from time to time due to currency fluctuations and/or increased manufacturing cost.
Purchase Orders
All purchase orders must be put into writing emailed to sales@salonsupplies.net.au
Claims and Guarantees
All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and invoice number quoted. Kalentin Australia liability is limited to either repair or exchange of goods and will not be liable for any associated costs.
Ownership of Goods
Deliveries of goods are made under the following express conditions.
Title will remain with Kalentin Australia and will not pass to the purchaser unless and until Kalentin Australia receives payment in full on all goods supplied. At any time before payment in full is received, Kalentin Australia may re take possession of the goods and refund to the purchaser any part payment that may have been made.
By accepting delivery of the goods the purchaser is deemed to have accepted the above conditions.
Freight
Goods are sold ex-factory. Freight and insurance are at the receiver’s expense. Goods will not be insured unless requested by the customer. Customers may specify their own freight carrier. Kalentin Australia is not responsible for any damage caused in transit and any such damage is at the customer’s expense. No unauthorised use of any of our transport accounts (Fastway, Couriers Please, First Express, TNT and any other company that we may use from time to time with which we may have an account is allowed on returns without our express permission.
In consideration of Kalentin Australia, agreeing to supply the customer with goods and services on credit the customer shall be answerable and responsible for, and guarantee Sales and Supplies Australia the due payment owed by the customer and the customer will be jointly and severally liable for all such goods and services as may from time to time be supplied by Kalentin Australia.
Delivery Charges
We provide free shipping of consumable products for a minimum order of A$100 or above to all states in Australia except Western Australia. Please call our office at 1300797656 to know more.
Conditions of Sale
No returns can be accepted for goods which have been ordered and manufactured per the Customer specifications. All other goods returned for credit will be subject to a 15% handling fee, written pre-approval must be granted by the Company prior to return of goods. No handling fee will be charged on goods incorrectly supplied by us or goods which are subject to the warranty set out below. Please Note – We will not refund or exchange due to: – you no longer require the item, you have changed your mind or you have no use for the goods.

All goods are sold ex-warehouse. The Seller cannot be held liable for damages in transit.

(a) The Supplier retains legal and equitable title in any Goods supplied to the Customer until payment in full for or in connection with the supply of the relevant Goods has been received by the Supplier. Until payment in full has been received, the following terms apply.
(b) Notwithstanding that title in the Goods remains with the Supplier until payment has been received in full, the Customer may sell such goods or use the Goods in a manufacturing or construction process in the ordinary course of the Customer’s business. As between the Customer and the purchaser of any item of the Goods, the Customer sells as principal and not as agent of the Supplier. The proceeds of sale of each item of Goods must be held by the Customer in a separate fund on trust for the Supplier and the Customer is under a duty to account to the Supplier for such proceeds. The creation of, or any failure of, any such trust shall not in any way limit the obligation of the Customer to pay an amount to the Supplier for Goods supplied.
(c) Until Goods are sold or used in a manufacturing or construction process, the Customer must keep the Goods safe and free from deterioration, destruction, loss or harm, clearly designate the Goods as the property of the Supplier, store them in such a way they are clearly identified as the property of the Supplier and keep full and complete records, firstly, of the physical location of the Goods and, secondly, the ownership of the Goods by the Supplier.
(d) The Supplier is irrevocably entitled at any time and from time to time before sale of any item of Goods by the Customer to inspect or to recover and retake possession of such Goods and otherwise exercise in relation to the Goods any of its rights whether those rights are as owner and/or unpaid Seller or otherwise and whether those rights are conferred by common law, contract, statute or in any other way. In order to exercise such entitlement, the Supplier and its agents are irrevocably authorised by the Customer to enter any of the Customer’s premises or vehicles or those of any third party. The Customer agrees to obtain the consent of any such third party to such entry by the Supplier and to indemnify the Supplier and its agents for any liability arising from any entry upon such third parties’ premises or vehicles. The Supplier and its agents agree to take all reasonable care in removing the Goods from such premises or vehicles but, to the extent this liability may be disclaimed by law, are not liable for any damage or injury to such premises caused by the removal of the Goods.
(e) This reservation of title and ownership is effective whether or not the Goods have been altered from their supplied form, or commingled with other goods.
Retention of Title
